Please do not put your credit card information on the order form. Call us at 808-778-3674 with your information or we can call you. We currently accept Master Card, Visa and Discover.
Ordering Considerations
Please note that because of heavy demand during the holiday season, orders may take longer than normal to complete.
Due to the handmade nature of our candles, slight variations will occur from batch to batch. Also, keep in mind that color variations will occur between computer screens.
If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know in the comments section of the online ordering form when completing your order. We will make every effort to meet your request or will notify you if we cannot.
Please let us know if you are looking for a specific candle not listed on our website. We are continuously updating our line and will not have all of our scents listed on the website.
Shipping charges will be calculated based on the total weight/quantity of your purchase and the amount will be added onto your bill. Orders are shipped by USPS or UPS. We will try to pick the most cost effective method to ship your candles. All our shipments are carefully packed for you.
Gifts
We can ship your candles without the invoice if you are purchasing them for someone else. Let us know in the comments section of the online ordering form when completing your order.
Hot Weather
Please be aware when purchasing candles in hot months that soy wax is a soft wax and if kept in hot weather for long periods of time, will get soft. If you are receiving your order in hot weather (80 degrees or higher), do not open them until the box has cooled in room temperature. Ensure you will be home to receive your package to avoid the candles sitting outside for a long period of time.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
If you would like to return a candle, please e-mail us at order@paradisecandlesofhawaii.com within 3 business days of the date you received your order to receive instructions before returning any of our products. We will only accept returns after you have contacted us. All returns must be in it's original packaging and condition. Shipping fees are not refundable. Items that are damaged during transit back to us due to improper packaging will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
